About Us
InnerConnected is a nonprofit organization that bolsters curiosity, mindful presence and resilience and encourages community-generated service projects. We incorporate mindful movement, meditation and play as vehicles to deliver our Social Emotional Learning curriculum to youth.
Mission
Our mission is to use the practices of yoga, mindfulness, and play to empower young adults and give them the tools they need to create positive change.
